A conversation, not a sales pitch. We ask how you live: routines, frustrations, what you hope will change. Then we talk through your space, the scope, and a realistic budget range. You leave knowing what's possible and roughly what it costs, whether or not you go ahead with us.
How much will my renovation cost?
It depends on scope, property type, and materials. Anyone who quotes before understanding those is guessing. Projects we take on typically range from around RM30,000 for partial work to RM500,000 and above for a full design-and-build. At the consultation we give you a realistic range for your specific project, and every quotation we issue explains what each item is for, not just a list of prices.
How do you prevent hidden costs?
By doing the planning before the building. Scope is defined in detail before construction starts, quotations are itemised and explained line by line, and if something isn't advisable we say so, even when it means a smaller project for us. Surprises usually come from work that was never properly scoped; that's the part we refuse to rush.
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes, that's the point of Design + Build. The same team that draws your home builds it, so there's no separate designer, architect, and contractor to coordinate, and no gap between them for details to fall into. One contact, one accountable team, from first sketch to handover.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, we manage the process end-to-end, including working permits, submission plans, and coordination with third-party architect consultants where an endorsed drawing is required. Whether it's a council approval for structural work or a condo management application, you don't chase the paperwork yourself.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Subang Jaya and work across the Klang Valley: Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur, and greater Selangor. Projects further out may be possible depending on size, so just ask.
What happens after handover?
We stay reachable. Every project includes a defect liability period, and the relationship doesn't end when the keys change hands. The fifth stage of the Duotone Method is Delight, and it covers the part after the build.
